Description (last modified by )
I saw you already publish a 64-bits Linux version. I would be happy to see a native 64-bits FileZilla client working on my Vista x64... Please release such a version! I'm sure many people are waiting for it.
Thanks in advance,
Avi Vahl.

3.2.3 has also been released and still no native x64 binaries available. :(
Is this even planned?

Feel free to compile it yourself if you can find a working crosscompiler.

First, thank you for the quick answer!
My development machine is currently broken (hard drive died), so I won't be able to try compiling any time soon.
I believe one could use mingw-w64's automated toolchain in order to compile FileZilla (targeting Win64).
Could you try it anytime soon? :-)

I second that, It would be great seeing a native 64-bits version.
Thanks.

wxWidgets 2.8 cannot be compiled as 64bit Windows library. 64bit MSW support of wxWidgets and hence FileZilla will arrive with wxWidgets 3.

c'mon, it's been 5 years
we all would appreciate very much an x64 version, alot of people like to have a native version for your system.
and please, don't use the common response of "x86 programs runs well on x64 systems".
if we tought that way, we all would be using 16bit apps right now. alot of programmers back in the 90's used this exact common response. It's time to move on

Someone managed to somehow compile FileZilla for 64 bit Windows, see closed duplicate #6504.

Well, now that 3.0.11 is out of the door, maybe it's time to look into this feature request? :|
