Description
FileZilla 3.0.4.1 does not manage "PROXY SOCKS5" connections (like in FileZilla 2.2.24b for example).
Thus connections does not work with proxy configured in SOCKS5.
Is it possible to implement this functionnality (which existed in FileZilla 2.2) in FileZilla 3 ?

@dlamblin:
A feature request to take proxy settings from Windows' Control Panel has been filed already, see:
[ 754615 ] windows proxy settings
And... what does the rest of your text mean? You are requesting two more features?
- HTTP1.1 Proxy Support
- interactive access to some token needed for challenge authentification using the proxy (can you give an example?)
Anyway, please file your features separately if not already present in the RFE tracker as this RFE is *only* about adding SOCKS5 support to FileZilla 3.

I would also like to see the socks5 support return in a similar way to the v2.2 line. While I am not opposed to having and option to taking it from the control panel settings (issue 754615), there also should be an option to define it to something different than the system settings.

The best way to understand the request is the attached screen shot:
it shows how you can configure a "proxy sock 5" with filezilla 2.2 .
File Added: proxy.jpg
While I'd prefer to use the IE proxy settings since they come from a .pac file and my login changes every 2 weeks; I also need this feature from FZ2
"SOCKS4/5 and HTTP1.1 Proxy support "
except that specifically I need the http proxy, not SOCKS
While the added ftp proxy is nifty; I can only use it via a challenge response system with a hardware token; therefore I would need interactive access to that.
