Change attempts range before autoban

Description
The range is now 5-999. Why don't you let user to create his own policy? I think 1-999 is OK. I'd use a value 3 for instance...

The autoban feature only exists to soothe clueless users. With good passwords an attacker could attack the server till the end of time without success.
