Description
2.2.3 let me move the toolbars all into one line, that was a great way to save desktop space an would love to see it again.

FileZilla 3 only has one toolbar. It can be made floating and then moved around.
However, the floating/fixed status, as well as the position of the toolbar if floating is not saved across sessions. And if floating, there is still a placeholder for the toolbar, so the application space doesn't get larger.

Also wanted to submit that feature-request, and also to hide/show the toolbars would be very helpful.
