Description
Cannot navigate to a folder/file by typing its name.
To see what I mean open windows explorer, select an item in the listview or the treeview and start typing the name of a file or subfolder present in the current directory.

If you are talking about FileZilla 2 and not about FileZilla 3, I have to tell you that even if this is really a bug, it won't ever be solved anymore as development only happens in FileZilla 3 now.

I am sorry I assumed this bug list was for FileZilla 3. I am using FileZilla 3.0.0 on windows XP SP2. I double checked this feature is not working.

Thanks for the update but its still not working for the tree view. (although its working for the pane showing folders and files in the listview)

I have the 3.0.5.1 version running on Windows, and it still does not work in the tree.
it works in the file list.
Which platform do you use - Windows, Unix of MacOS X? If I remember correctly, this feature is supposed to work on Windows, and on Unix with recent (GTK) libraries.
