Description
This is to request for Filezilla3 a Tango-ified icon set. I noticed that FZ3 will support different sizes for the icons which is awesome. Now I'd like them to be Tango-based for better integration with the Linux desktops (both Gnome and KDE).
As a suggestion, I feel sure if a simple contest is set up for this there will be hundreds of responses. After all FZ is by far one of the most popular projects in FZ.
I'm using FZ3 Beta 11, which appart from the icons, seems to be pretty much feature complete.
Thanks!

Yes... that's sad!!
Anyways, the current gnome-icon set is tango-based and GPL'd, could be leveraged, look at this discussion:

I guess most of the app icons FZ needs are already there.
Another alternative, could be to launch a contest for a tango-ified & GPL'd icon set for FZ. That can work out very well too.
Thanks!

I do not understand why they have to be GPL'd?

Because the Creative Commons licenses are vague and imprecise, they are a legal minefield.
Of the two icon sets you linked, one is incomplete the other (or both, didn't check) is Creative Commons. Thus both unsuitable for FileZilla.
The Tango icon set is not GPL compatible.
