individual proxy settings for site manager items

Hello!

I wold like to use different proxies for different ftp
sites.

Please add Proxy Settings for each host (in
host->Advanced).

ps: if you do it -- i will erase my "Core FTP v1.3" :)

Personaly, I have got a customer (a ministry) with a very
hard security policy. I have to configure the proxy to
upload files in his server. The password changes every 2
minutes. If it is false, the access is denied and I have to
call the support to activate my user. The problem is that I
configured the proxy in the global preferences.

Every time that I create a site for an other customer, I
have to ckeck the box to not use the proxy/firewall
parameters. If I forget, I freese my access for the ministry.

A parameter of proxy for only one site would be very usefull
for this kind of use.

I have the same request. Some of my servers can only be accessed through special proxie and I have to switch it in the main parameters everytime.

So in summary, there should be the possibility to:

• bypass global proxy settings (do not use any proxy)
• set an individual proxy for the given site in Site Manager

I'll also leave a comment to hopefully increase importance of this request.
Individual proxy settings for sites created in sitemanager or the possibility to ignore global proxy settings would be great to be used in enterprise environment.

Per connection proxy settings would be really usefull, especially in enterprise environment...
