file resuming impossible

Description
Version 2.1.3 seems to be unable to resume files'
upload to remote server.

I could not verify this, resuming uploads works fine for me.
However, version 2.1.4 will contain some modifications with
the resume code, so this problem should not appear anymore
in 2.1.4
