Description
Having a option to allow only one instance would stop
accidentsly opening more then one instance of FileZilla
(useful for people who have only one target site, and
would hence rarely need more than one instance).

I would really like to have this option!
But more important that if you start Filezilla without any parameters it just shows the allready open window and if started with commandline commands such as connection details, the new connection gets opened in a new tab.
