local filename window copy/paste

Description
Right mouse click on a file i the local filename window
should have a copy and paste feature

Along the same lines, holding Ctrl key while dragging and dropping a file within/between the local window pane should result in a copy instead of move, with the resulting pointer change indicating the behavior change as in Windows explorer.
