Description
We use the server for "anonymous" uploads of files.
When the user opens the upload directory in Internet
Explorer, they get an error message that says they
don't have permission in that directory. This confuses
the average user because they think they don't have
permission to upload when, in fact, they only don't
have permission to list the directory.
I'd like to be able to toggle that so if they don't
have permission to list the directory, but they do have
permission to do other things in the directory, they
just get an empty directory when they list. It doesn't
then give them any permission denied messages.

Triage suggestion
It appears that this has not been implemented in FileZilla Server
0.9.60
. However, it also appears to be a request to break correct functionality. In addition, this feature request is 11 years old.I suggest closing this ticket as "wontfix".
