Disable enter command

Description
When you are not connected to a server, then disable or
gray out the "Enter Command" feature.
Also maybe add a hotkey for it such as CTRL+R.

In another FTP client it is CTRL+R which makes sence, since
R is for Raw.

In the next version of FZ, the menu item will be disabled if
not connected.
A hotkey already exists, it's CTRL+F.
