Autohide queue window when empty

Description
Autohide queue window when there is nothing in the que
so that there is more screen space for the interesting
bits.

The queue panel is not useful to see when there's nothing in there. There should be an option to either auto-hide, or auto-shrink to show only one (empty) row under Settings > Interface page > Transfer Queue.

This is a great idea; either auto-hide the queue, or offer a
"compact" queue view similar to the Mozilla Firefox
extension, "Download Statusbar", that shows current
downloads on the statusbar.
