Description
Please consider adding code to display the file date on
the remote machine in local time.
By default some ftp deamons such as proftpd display the
file time in UTC. it would be nice to be able to
automatically convert that to local time.
this would need to be on a per server basis

FileZilla 3 (beta) can set a per-site time-offset in the site manager. This way you can adjust the offset which should be added to all times in remote view.
