Saving list of files to transfer as a project

I would love to be able to save a "project" file that
contains a list of rules for what to transfer and be
able to "run" it.

It would allow you to specify the remote ftp server,
local directory, file extensions to upload/ignore, list
individual files to upload/ignore, sub directories to
upload and to ignore.

This would be very cool for anyone publishing a website
that locally contains other files you don't want on
your production server. If the other feature requests
for uploading based on pattern matching of file names
is implemented that would work very well with this feature.
