Nortel router wfFtp server support

Description
Nortel (and former Bay Networks, former Wellfleet)
routers running BayRS use a lightweight FTP server for
file handling on their flash file systems. It is
limited in functionality and uses a simple fixed length
file display. Currently none of the server types in
FileZilla correctly parse such a file display.
My feature request is that FileZilla include proper
handling of
this server type.
A directory display from a BayRS connection using a CLI
client is located at:

An FTP client session using a CLI to indicate what
commands are supported is located at:

I've a question about the used dateformat:
Is it dd/mm/yy or the senseless mm/dd/yy?
