multiple segment upload

Description
just like download manager can 'break' a file into multiple
segments and download them simulataneously...
i think upload also should work like this.
so a file is 'break' into multi segment,
then each and all segment upload simultaneously.
this should result in faster upload.
especially for my dial-up which have to resume tens time
to finish a one megs file upload...

If only you would use such a feature, you would gain a
faster speed. But if everyone would use it, overall speed
would even be lower due to an at least doubled overhead.
Won't ever be implemented .
