Synchronize folders

Description
For backing up websites it would be really nice to have
a synchronize folder feature.
I could synchronize a remote folder to a local folder and
FZ would automatically update files on both sides using
the Transfer Overwrite settings.

I would like to see the option of changing the date of the
remote to be the same as the local file timestamp but without
reshipping the file. This has the advantage of getting file
timestamps in-sync faster when you know the files are truly
the same.
