Support for IDNA

Description
Support for IDNA (International Domain Names in
Applications) according to RFC 3490 would be nice, so
that domains with umlauts and other special characters
are correctly resolved.
There should already exists ready to use libraries for this,
so it shouldn't be that hard, despite that strange
Punycode encoding... :-)

FileZilla 3 will support this. The development version can
already resolve international domain names.
Perhaps I may backport it to Filezilla 2
