Last server/account in toolbar

Description
- Compile the "Address toolbar" with server/account
even if select from the "Site Manager"
- Keep these information in address toolbar after
exiting and restarting the program.

Sites connected to by using the quick connect bar are stored in the quick connect bar history as well.

FileZilla 3 beta11 has a reconnect funtion implemented. The last used server is remembered, even when closing down and (re-)starting FileZilla again. Using that function will connect to the last used server.
I think this is better than adding site manager items to the quick connect bar on use...
