default delay

Description
The default retry delay should be 60 seconds, not 5.
With such a short delay many sites ban you for hammering.

This option is adjustable by the user, so it can be set to whatever the user thinks is appropriate. If the server has a bad connectivity, a low default retry rate is good. And a server is not supposed to ban legimitate users at all.
The default reconnect delay won't be changed, closing this RFE.
