Internal editor for "View/Edit"

Description
An internal text editor in a panel at the right of the
remote one could be usefoul to edit and upload a file
withouth closing it, losing the "undo history".

Too cumbersome to write a text editor. Would only cause more and more feature requests about missing features of the embedded editor.
