Last Modified File Sort

Description
When you sort the Files by Last Modified it should still
keep the Folders at the top instead of mixing everything
up based on when the Folder was created. If you still
want to sort the Folders by when they were modified
then that's fine, but don't you think they should be kept
at the top of the window? It's impossible to find a folder
when you have a directory full of 1,000's of files! Very
annoying. :(
