Save/restore GUI state

Description
I wish FileZilla automatically saves/restores property
values for different controls:
- size & position of the main form,
- position of splitters,
- state of menu items: View-Toolbar, View-Statusbar
ets.

FileZilla 3 saves the complete GUI state. If you discover any GUI item not being saved, please file a new bug report.
Of the mentioned items, the window size and position of splitters is saved. However, as FileZilla 3 has no option to hide the toolbar or the statusbar, the status of those items isn't saved as it cannot be changed at all (yet).
