File trim on resume

Description
An option to trim files of certain amount of KB before
resuming them, to avoid corruption caused by junk in
last bytes of latest failed data stream.

I don't see any reason for this. FileZilla does not write
wrong data, it only writes data that came through the line.
There's no point in trimming valid data.

I'll support this one. Try downloading a 700MB iso at 2kB/s
without windows crashing several times :)
