#1842 closed Feature request
Network Names would be *nice to have*

Description
Is it possible to display in the local Dir-Window next to
the Drive-Names also the additional information (as the
normals Explorer does)?
Then a selection of Network-Drives would be much easier
instead of searching around which Drive I wanna use.

I don't get it. Sorry!
The server-component has not so user-friendly Interface and
therefore I don't like to use it. Especially it does not
seem to have the features as the *old* one.
So, I would like to have this issue resolved in an GUI,
which is obviously not in the Server-component.

This looks like a feature request and not like a bug report. Moving this item to the RFE tracker...

I am surprised that this entry is after 4 years reviewed. To my understanding it was all the time a Feature Request for the Filezilla-GUI-client. So, frankly said I have no idea what is going on internally. But seems like the chances to have Network-Drives are very, very low on the low-scale. I do not mind, but then I ask, why not close it?

Closing then. Most recent FZ client can display drive labels.

I do not mind if it is closed or not. But the Feature Request is not the same as it is written 'can display drive labels'. The quoted comment was as well available when I have opened this Request.
The only point I am interested in is, if there will be in the GUI the Network-Drives displayable?
This bug report has been closed due to inactivity and has possibly
already been solved.
You can reopen this report if the issue still exists in the
latest version of FileZilla (Server).
