Description
I suggest add language selection to main menu.
If a user selected a language that he does not know by
mistake, It will be hard for him to go back to the right
language.
I like FileZilla very much. Wish it get better and better:)

Changing language also changes locale. Since local affects things like collations (sorting) and number formatting, changing the local at runtime is generally a bad idea. The language and thus locale needs to be set at program start and cannot be changed at runtime without causing problems in many places.
Note:
See TracTickets
for help on using tickets.
I don't think there should be a language menu at all. One usually only set the language once and then never again.
FileZilla 3 stores all settings in an XML file, so maybe add some instructions to the FileZilla Wiki about how to reset the language by editing the XML file. Or maybe add a command line paramter --skip-language or --system-language which will ignore the language set in configuration file but instead use the system default language.
