Description
Hi, i think it's a FANTASTIC ftp server, but i can't use it because i
can't limit the upload speed.
This is a big problem for me
because my isp (i'm in Italy) uses the dsl technology also for phone
calls (it uses voip), so if i can't limit the speed the call is disturbed or i
can't be called.
