Conection retries

Description
It would be great if you can add a "Conection Retry" in FileZilla
(controlled with a timer), in the site manager and in the
QuickConnect mode.

FileZilla 3 (beta) has global reconnect settings which allow you to setup number of retries and delay between retries. The settings apply for any connection - either made though the site manager or using the quick connect bar.
