Queue-level Overwriting

Description
When I drag multiple files to be uploaded or
downloaded, it would be nice to be able to select an
action (such as overwriting, resuming, skipping, etc.)
that will apply to only those files selected. Instead,
now if I select Overwrite and check "Always use this
action when a file already exists" I have to restart
the program in order to see the "File already exists"
window again.
Does that make sense?
