The chmod command is to change the most common UNIX file
attributes.
Example : Read, Write, Excute
This is a for Unix Server, in the net, most of the servers
around are unix based, adding the CHMOD feature is a plus
point for filezilla.

ASCII transfers are available in FileZilla version 1.1
which will be released soon.
Thanks for the suggestions!
1) I'll try to implement ASCII upload in one of the next
releases
2) CHMOD doesn't tell me anything. Could you explain me the
purpose of it?
