re-create the patch, use unix path delimiter '/' instead of
dos path delimiter '\'

Rejected.
FzSFtp.exe does not need to be compiled in Unicode mode.
Also, this makes merging the FzSFtp code with updates to the
PuTTY code much more difficult.

Forget my previous reply. Now accepted. I now see why
Unicode builds of FzSFtp are useful
