filezilla server with windows xp styles (using manifest)

Description

adding a windows xp resource manifest broke the
transmission leds first, but i was able to get around that
by adding a fake indicator with zero width. that also
cleans up the initialization code.

the manifest file goes to \FileZilla Server\source\Interface\res
