Description

Steps to duplicate.

  1. Upload directory of files
  2. Edit local file

Filezilla will know the file has been changed and offer to reupload the file. File is uploaded into a directory underneath of the directory uploaded.

View/edit remote file, editing, uploads correctly.

Which version of FileZilla are you using on which platform?

Maybe this is related to the following bug report:
[ 2038960 ] A file...has been changed: upload? NO! still does
