Remote directory tree cannot display Chinese word correctly

Version: 3.0.4.1
After db-clicked on the directory in Chinese, it will became chaos word. Following is the log:
Command: CWD /其他歌手经典专辑交流/
Response: 250 Directory changed to /ÆäËû¸èÊÖ¾­µäר¼­½»Á÷
