Dear Support
I'm currently trying to run FileZilla Pro on my computer, but I received a message indicating that the license limit has been reached. I believe this may be because I did not deactivate the license on one of my old devices before replacing it.
The previous device—an MSI laptop—has since been wiped and reassigned, so I no longer have access to it or any FileZilla-related data on that machine.
Could you please assist with deactivating the license associated with that former computer so I can activate it on my current system?
