Could not connect to server

Description

We suddenly lost connection to the server. We are unable to connect to sftp server. Here is what prints when trying to connect.

Response: fzSftp started, protocol_version=11

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Could this be an IP/white list issue?

There does not appear to be a working SFTP server at that address and port.
