I want to delete the older version of Filezilla

Description
I had Filezilla on my laptop and all programmes were moved to my new laptop. I hadn't used Filezilla recently so I thought I would remove the old version and upload a newer one. However, when I open it this message appears:
An error loading the transfer queue from "C:\User\patri\AppData\Roaming\FileZilla\queue.sqlite3"
I do not understand what this means as I have nothing in my queue and this appeared from the first moment I opened the programme.
Also when I try to delete the app/programme the message comes up that I must open the App in Administrator as its is registered to all users? As my machine is set to Administrator already I do not understand why I cannot remove the programme. ALso I am the only person to use this system so I am totally at a loss in how to remove the programme and the Community has proven to be no use whatsoever.
