Description
Suddenly cannot upload newly created files from my local directory to remote directory. If it is an old file/already on the remote side it has no problem uploading and rewrites it again. Regardless of file extension.

Sorry, later I found out it was my hosting server Hostgator blocking my new files upload because they suddenly implemented disk usage limits and I was under sanction.
Check that the directory you're trying to create a new file in is not read-only.
