Description
filezilla client connected, but the not listing the directory.
Error " Could not retrieve directory listing
Error listing directory '/'."
Kindly help me resolve this issue

The server is behind a NAT router. Make sure to forward the configured passive mode port range (or all ports, if no range has been configured) in your router and open the ports in any firewall.
