Tried multiple times to connect to the server and it keeps giving me an error

We would like to be able to help ASAP, alas for that to happen you should provide us with full details of the problem you're having.
Which client name/version are you using? Which server? What do the logs say? And things like those.

Its not for a specific client I cant even connect to the server to access my to be scored folder and my scored folder. I'm trying to connect to 208.125.245.234:21

connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity could not connect to server is the displaying message when I try and connect to.

Unfortunately we cannot help without knowing the details that have been asked.
It's very important to know whicfh client name/version you are using, the same for the server, and the log files.
In the general case, though, a timeout hints at a connection issue which is probably related to the router/firewall configuration or with the hosting provider.
