Description

When trying to connect to the server, I receive the following error:

"Critical error: Could not connect to server"

Status: newmoreinfo

The log there says "Login incorrect", which hints at the fact that either the user, the password or both are not provided correctly.

Remember that user and passwords are case sensitive.

If that is not the issue, please provide more info:

  1. FileZilla Server version used
  2. FileZilla Server's log, set to 5 - Debug.
