repeating copy of file from PC to Server

Description

I get a message saying that it the file I wanted to drag to the server already exist. When I click cancel - I get a message saying the file transfer was successfully completed - which it is.
So, it might be that the algorithm is trying to copy the same file twice?

Please have a look at the message log, there must have been a prior unrecoverable error.
