Description
The nsis_appid sub project. What license is that released under?
I am being asked to account for the DLL libraries part of the source tarball under Debian copyright.

A COPYING file has been added to the repository.

Thanks for adding the COPYING to the repo.
I did intend auto repacking the filezilla release tarball removing these files, but other Debian developers preferred that not to happen, hence asking for license data so I can add information to the package regarding these DLL files.

These DLLs are only used on Windows, you can leave them out if desired in your distribution.
The files under https://svn.filezilla-project.org/svn/nsis_appid/ are distributed under the zlib license.
