Cannot connect to my product account via 43 port using the "Quick Connect"

Description
We cannot connect to our product via 43 port using the "Quick Connect" in the Filezilla with correct credentials.
Note! We can connect with the same credentials using the Site Manager.

If you don't specify a protocol, it defaults to FTP. This is working at intended.
