Could not connect to server

When I log in to FileZilla like I have before, it shows that it is attempting to connect, then shows the following
Response: fzSftp started protocol_version=11
Command: open "0060100@…"22
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
And then it starts all over again. I contacted our I.T. department who checked to see if it was a problem on our end, but it's still not working.

You are describing a client issue, but you posted in the Filezilla Server issue tracker. Also the client can't be blamed for a server that can't be reached, that means there's a connectivity issue like a firewall on the server side. You should contact the support team or administrator of the server you're trying to connect to.
