speed probem

Description
the downloading of the server not working properly. I checked everything in my computer but the speed is still not good.
and because of which i am having so much problem.
please resolve my issue as early as possible.

Make sure there are no speed limits enabled.
Speed with SFTP are very sensitive to latency. If it is a high-latency connection to the server, try using a different protocol such as FTP over TLS (FTPS).
