I had the same problem. Downloaded the app from Mac App Store, purchased subscription and the app is just not working. Keeps showing the "subscribe" screen.

Was able to work around this by

  • delete the app (dragging it into the bin)
  • empty the bin
  • download again from Mac App Store

Now it is working.

Sometimes the store system doesn't update the app receipt as it should. In this case removing and re-downloading FileZilla Pro forces the system to issue a new receipt.
