New Putty Key Gen 0.75 ARGON2 private key format

Description

Latest Putty Key Gen tool, 0.75 and up, now use the ARGON2 Key derivation type for the private key and Filezilla client won't allow you to even select this key for use.

0.76 has the same so I believe this is the new Putty format going forward. Since Filezilla and Putty key gen are most commonly used together, I would like to see Filezilla support this format.

This data is now inserted in teh private key:

Key-Derivation: Argon2id
Argon2-Memory: 8192
Argon2-Passes: 13
Argon2-Parallelism: 1
Argon2-Salt: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
