files disappearing

Description
After I have uploaded a file to the server, it suddenly disappears after a little while. It can be anything from 2-20 minutes. I keep repeating it, and it happens every time. It seems like its just automatically being removed at certain intervals, but I cant quite figure out why and how it happens.
